- Maintain file of applications of persons interested in attending a Weekend.
- Verify with applicants by phone, starting 1 month prior to Weekend, that they are planning
to attend. Give copies of applications to Assistant Layleader for letters and maps to be sent.

- Limit enrollment to 42, 36 attendees with drop out rate of 6.
- Contact sponsors of verified applicants. Inform sponsors of Sponsor Role & Responsibilities.
(See Sponsorship Guidelines Information sheet) Inquire about special needs of applicant,
including medical, dietary, and financial. Advise sponsors of Koinonia guidelines about
financial scholarships, Mananitas, rides to camp, etc.
